We target assets trading at a meaningful discount to intrinsic value or replacement cost, often sourced outside traditional brokerage channels. Our emphasis is on operational enhancement, capital improvement planning, and long-term cash flow durability.
The objective is simple: acquire well, operate deliberately, and exit opportunistically.
